From the land, with respect.

We're young farmers, up here in the hills of Abruzzo. Our hens roam free, our olive trees follow the sun, and we like to take our time: eggs that taste the way they used to, real extra virgin olive oil, and three little wooden houses for anyone who wants to stay.

The way we do things

Calm animals, extraordinary eggs.

Our hens spend their days outdoors, in the grass and the shade of the trees. No cages, no rush: they wake with the sun, and so do we. We treat them well because it's the only way that feels right to us. And honestly, you can taste it, in every egg. And that's enough.

The eggs

The result of everything we do.

Behind every egg there's a real day's work: hens roaming free, land we look after, an agroforestry ecosystem that brings the soil back to life instead of wearing it out. We collect them by hand, one by one.

Same soil, same care: our extra virgin oil comes from the olive trees growing right beside the hens. From olive to tin, nothing added and nothing taken away. From the land, with respect.

Three small houses, the whole sky around them.

Three wooden houses on our fields, a few dozen metres apart. Inside, everything you need for a few days; outside, hens scratching about and a quiet you won't find in any city.

The experience

Here, time keeps a human pace.

The golden hour

As the sun goes down, the timber of the house turns the colour of honey. It's our favourite hour, when the outdoor lights come on.
